Rachel Cox has been a realtor with Oakland & Co. Realtors for 35 plus years and during that time she has been proud to promote the slogan “THE REALTOR THAT RUNS THE EXTRA MILE FOR YOU”. Her outstanding accomplishments as a realtor over years past include: Billings Association of Realtor’s “Salesperson of the Year”, “Realtor of the Year”, and “BAR Outstanding Service Award”.

Rachel is an avid runner, backpacker & tennis player. She serves on the Partners for Parks Foundation and Friends of Billings Dog Parks Board. She has been involved with organizing and promoting the Quality of Life Run and Dash for Dog Parks Run for the past several years. One of her most memorable experiences is crossing the finish line after her first marathon in New York City. She received her Bachelors degree in the field of Physical Education and Recreation and her Masters degree in Community Education.

Landy Leep, Vice President of Oakland & Co., Inc., specializes in the development and sale of residential lots in Billings, Bozeman, and Minot, ND. He has been with Oakland & Co, Inc. since 1994. Born and raised in Bozeman, he moved to Billings in 1999 and now calls Billings home.

Landy attended three years of college at MSU Bozeman and in 2008 was accepted to and completed the Key Executives Program at Harvard Business School. His main hobby is flying. He has been a licensed pilot since 1989 and loves flying around the beautiful state of Montana. He also enjoys camping, hunting, traveling and cooking with his three children.

Outside of the office, he began serving on the Board of Directors for the Habitat for Humanity Mid-Yellowstone Valley in 2010. He has also been a member of the Billings Home Builders Association since 2000 and served as Co-Chair of the 2008 Workforce Housing Committee for the City of Billings.

Levi Wanner has 20 years of experience in Real Estate and building homes. Levi started Infinity Homes 2008, as a Billings local with a vision to simplify the custom home process by offering Real Estate, design and construction services under one roof he joined Oakland & Co. in 2019. Working with like-minded professionals with exceptional talents, combined with a business to support each other and the ideal of one company with endless possibilities. Levi serves on the local Habitat For Humanity board and as a member of the board of the Billings Home Builders Association. In his free time, he enjoys golf and coaching the many sports of his 3 children.

Cozi Wanner is a native of Billings and began her career in Real Estate in 2016 after having success in property management and transportation sales. She joined Oakland & Co. in 2019. Cozi’s mission is to inspire a positive lasting impact to her clients and the community. She is committed to providing the highest quality of service by being solution based and always finding a way to meet her clients needs. She holds herself to the highest standards and always raises the bar to do better every day. She never forgets that she owes everything to her family, clients and her community. She is honest and promises to always do the right thing for her business and her clients, resulting in mutual success. She is passionate about giving back and making a positive impact in her community by helping those in need.

Lauren started her Real Estate Career in 2007 after moving back to her hometown that some people say is hard to stray from. She joined Oakland & Company in May of 2011. She went from selling and listing houses to also representing and learning A LOT about new construction. Her love of Real Estate came from her father, who restored many houses as she grew up. She spent many weekends going on drives looking at houses just for fun, so she loves being able to see the inside of homes today and helping clients find the home of their dreams. She also spent many years renovating old buildings and turning them into wonderful places to live. With a respect for Real Estate she has a great desire to help all aspects of your transaction go smoothly and take on great commitment to help you get what you desire.
